(Fee includes presentations notebook, refreshments, and lunch.)

Symposium, April 1-2
Early registration (Deadline March 15): $650.00
Registration (After March 15): $700.00
(Fee includes abstracts notebook, refreshments, lunches, Tuesday evening banquet, and the full proceedings on CD mailed to each participant after the symposium.)

Student Registration for Symposium – Complimentary
(Does not include proceedings CD, Tuesday evening banquet, or lunches. These may be purchased separately.)

Cancellations/Program Changes
Your complete registration fee will be refunded if WSU receives your cancellation notice by March 1, 2008. Cancellations made after March 1 are subject to a $75 processing fee. Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled before the first day of events are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions may be made at any time. WSU reserves the right to make changes in the program or speakers and to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met. In the unlikely event this conference is cancelled, WSU’s liability is limited to the refund of registration fees.
